General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The general terms and conditions of sale described below outline the rights and obligations of the "Assalafiyat" website and its customers regarding the sale of products offered on the "Assalafiyat.com" site.

Consequently, placing an order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 1: PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
1.1 The products available on the site are new, of high quality, and free from defects. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide the most accurate descriptions possible for the products presented.

1.2 Products displayed on the "Assalafiyat" site are available only while stocks last.

1.3 "Assalafiyat" undertakes to refund or exchange any product that is visibly defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the customer's order.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES
2.1 The prices of products sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and include order processing costs (packaging, shipping, customs formalities, etc.), excluding the customer's contribution to shipping fees.

2.2 "Assalafiyat" reserves the right to modify these prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice ordered products at the prices indicated at the time the order was registered.

2.3 Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and quantities of the products ordered, as well as the clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
3.1 Payment methods

Orders may be paid for via:

- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal

When registering the order, the customer must specify their preferred payment method. 3.2 Late Payment

If the customer fails to pay the amount due within fifteen days of order confirmation, the order will be considered cancelled, and the items will be put back up for sale.

3.3 Payment Facilities

The customer agrees to honor their obligations (with the order confirmation serving as proof) in the event of installment payments; "Assalafiyat" reserves the right to accept or refuse such facilities.

Allah the Most High said:

"And fulfill the covenant; indeed, you will be questioned about it." (Surah 17, Verse 1)

"O you who believe! Fulfill your obligations faithfully." (Surah 5, Verse 1)

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
4.1 Order processing

Order processing takes between 48 and 72 hours.

4.2 Delivery methods

Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order form; however, the postal service may leave a delivery notice for the customer to collect the parcel from their local post office. The customer has 15 days to collect it; after this period, the parcel will be returned to "Assalafiyat" at the customer's expense.

4.3 Delivery times

Orders are generally handed over to a carrier once a week. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to carrier unavailability, though we do our utmost to minimize delays. Once shipped, the customer will receive their order within 5 to 7 business days. "Assalafiyat" is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, including delays due to bad weather or other factors. "Assalafiyat" is not liable for loss or theft while in the carrier's possession. No refund may be claimed in such cases; any claim for compensation must be made directly to the carrier.

Delivery times apply from the day payment is received and may therefore differ from those stated at the time of order confirmation.

4.4 Delivery charges

Delivery is free for orders of €89 or more; below this amount, delivery costs are borne by the customer (based on current French postal rates or the rates of the carriers offered).

For international shipments, we accept no liability for customs duties; please check with the relevant authorities in the destination country.

Please note that in the event of free delivery followed by a full return of the order, the shipping costs originally paid by Assalafiyat will not be refunded. 4.5 Delivery tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to the customer so they can track their order.

4.6 Loss by the carrier

In the event that the package is lost by the carrier, we accept no liability and will not issue any refund for lost or stolen items.

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the "Assalafiyat.com" website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of "Assalafiyat". No one is authorized to reproduce, use, or exploit them—whether for personal purposes or otherwise—without prior authorization; this applies to images, text, designs, etc.

Any partial or total reproduction of the creations of our brand, "Assalafiyat", is strictly prohibited.
