Delivery Process

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, it is processed within 48 to 72 hours and then shipped within 5 to 7 business days (please note that delivery times may occasionally be slightly extended due to carrier availability, though we do our utmost to minimize delays). The delivery time *after* shipment is 10 days. Parcels are shipped from abroad; consequently, we no longer accept returns due to the high cost of shipping from the country of origin.

We cover a portion of the shipping costs to make things easier for the customer.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer so they can track their order, which should arrive within 5 to 7 business days (God willing).
